We have a full suite of earthmoving equipment, maintained to high standards by our in house mechanics.

Excavators

Our excavators range from 9t to 74t and are fitted with GPS machine guidance to ensure an accurate finish, speed of work and eliminate reworks.

Our range enables us to undertake smaller civil works and larger bulk earthworks.

Dump Trucks

We have a fleet of modern articulated dump trucks, comprising CAT 730 Ejectors and Tippers, CAT 740 Ejectors, and CAT 745 Tippers.

Ejectors are preferred for sticky materials and working in challenging ground conditions, while the tippers are better suited for handing rock.

Scrapers

We have a fleet of twin engine open bowl CAT 627G motor scrapers, and CAT D7 tractor and scoops. The CAT 627G’s are fitted with GPS machine guidance and are most efficient for running cut to fill and stripping topsoil in the right ground conditions.

While the CAT D7 tractor and scoops can be handy for more challenging ground conditions in short haul operations.

Ford Civil Bulldozer Fleet CAT D6 LGP VPAT

Bulldozers

Our bulldozers range includes CAT D5, D6, D7 and D8. All of our D5 & D6 bulldozers have GPS machine guidance with auto function capabilities to ensure an accurate and tidy finish when trimming. Out D6 bulldozers have a mix of VPAT (six way blades) and fixed blades, and a mix of track configurations suited for different ground conditions.

We use our D7 bulldozers with their blades removed to pull scoops however, they can be used conventionally with their blades. Our D8 bulldozer is used when bigger pushing power or ripping rock is required.

Compactors

We have a range of CAT 825 and 815 compactors.

Compactors play a key role in placing fill therefore, it is a must to have reliable compactors in our fleet to achieve volume and quality targets.

Transporters

We have a 600HP Mack Superliner prime mover, a 3 rows of 8 trailer, and a 2 rows of 8 dolly.

This enables us to transport machinery up to 65T across the North Island and ensures our machines make it to their destinations safely and in a timely manner.
